After a three-hour and 55-minute delay, the Mets and Nationals’ game on Saturday was suspended due to unplayable conditions at Nationals Park.

Max Scherzer will no longer make his Sunday start against the A’s as he deals with lingering soreness near his back, Buck Showalter told reporters.
