Three Texas men have been charged with capital murder in the shooting death of 68-year-old Adelaido Bernabe Urias.

Authorities have accused Cecily Aguilar of helping Spc. Aaron David Robinson dispose of Vanessa Guillen’s body after Robinson killed her.

Texas police say Austin-based Alex Jones was booked into the Travis County Jail on a charge of driving while intoxicated just after midnight Tuesday.
